Models of science financing in the context of European integration: analysis of European practices and prospects for Ukraine
Анотація
The article analyzes the possibilities of financing scientific research in Ukraine with the support of European programs and funds. Particular attention is paid to the advantages of participation in programs such as Horizon Europe, and key barriers to the full integration of Ukraine into the European Research Area are identified. Factors affecting the effectiveness of attracting financial resources are assessed, and directions for improving Ukraine’s scientific policy are proposed. The EU’s experience in forming innovative models of science financing is considered. Recommendations are formulated for creating a national strategy for the development of science based on a combination of internal and external sources of funding.
