CAPITAL RESTRUCTURING IN THE SYSTEM OF ANTI-CRISIS FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Анотація
The factors of increasing relevance of restructuring in the anti-crisis management system are considered. Theories and concepts constituting the theoretical basis of the company's capital restructuring management system are summarized. The main elements of this management system are given – changing the ratio of borrowed and equity capital, attracting additional capital, reorganizing debt, selling or buying assets, merging or dividing a business. The main tasks of capital restructuring theory as a component of anti-crisis management are formulated. The essence of the anti-crisis system of capital restructuring management is determined. A mechanism for managing capital restructuring as a system of goals, objectives, functions, principles and methods is generated. A methodological approach to the formation of information support for the anti-crisis system of capital restructuring management is developed.
