Integrated Mechanisms for Developing the Potential of Small Entrepreneurship: Logistical and Cooperative Dimensions

The article examines the development of potential for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in emerging economies, focusing on integrated mechanisms involving logistics and cooperatives for economic growth. Methodology. The study relies on systematic literature review of recent publications (2020–2025) indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, theoretical synthesis based on Resource-Based View (RBV) and Dynamic Capabilities theories, and conceptual modeling. Findings. Analysis reveals key gaps: fragmentation of research on SME strategies, logistics, and cooperatives without considering synergistic effects; insufficient integration in emerging markets under external shocks; lack of comprehensive models combining logistical potential with cooperative mechanisms. A conceptual integrative model is proposed: Economic Potential (EP) = f(SME Strategies (SS), Logistical Potential (LP), Cooperative Mechanisms (CM)), emphasizing synergy through data-driven technologies (IoT, AI) and resource sharing. This integration enables SMEs to overcome resource constraints, optimize supply chains, and enhance resilience, aligning with SDG 8 and 9. Practical recommendations include joint logistical platforms in cooperatives for managers and policy support for digitalization in agrarian sectors (e.g., Ukraine). Practical implications. Results contribute to interdisciplinary management approaches and practical tools for strengthening SME resilience amid uncertainty, including geopolitical risks. Originality. The model addresses identified gaps by integrating logistics and cooperatives in SME strategies for emerging contexts.
