ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT AND FORMATION OF INVESTMENT-INNOVATION TYPE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

Анотація

In the context of anti-crisis activities, innovation strategies are considered as a complex process of modernization transformations based on the harmonization of economic, social and environmental components of sustainable development, the introduction of information technologies, digitalization. Innovative development accelerates economic growth, provides protection from a new systemic crisis of the domestic economy. Ukraine needs such measures as updating the technologies of economic activity and the structure of industry based on innovative industrial technologies; developing high-tech market segments on its own basis; eliminating critical gaps and creating conditions for equal cooperation with post-industrial countries in the future. Successful implementation of the innovation and investment model in Ukraine is possible under the conditions of awareness of the value of innovation and digitalization, attracting investments with potentially acceptable risks and uncertainty. Crisis management includes the consistent implementation of the functions of technological renewal, innovative provision of competitive advantages, and the organization of system management, which allows achieving a certain dynamic of economic growth.
