SADDAM HUSSEIN'S DOMESTIC POLICY TOWARDS THE KURDS IN FOREIGN HISTORIOGRAPHY
Анотація
This article analyzes foreign studies on the relationship between Iraq during the reign of Saddam Hussein (1979-2003) and Iraqi Kurdistan. The main focus is on the analysis of British and American historiography, but the work of representatives of other countries is also considered. The author tries to study the most informative and high-quality works published from the 1980s to the present day. The conclusions identify the features of the works under consideration and group them into groups for further use in the development of research on the history of Iraq.
