CHAPTER 1.8. SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL BUSINESS IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR
Анотація
A modern view of the peculiarities of the development of small business under the influence of military operations is substantiated, which made it possible to systematize the basic criteria for the functioning of small and medium-sized businesses, to outline the processes of its adaptation to the conditions of doing business during the state of war. The importance of «reanimation» of the development of business entities in the national economy is noted. Based on the analysis of existing separation criteria, it has been proven that in the modern conditions of economic activity, it is advisable to distinguish business entities not only by size, but also by spheres of activity, which will make it possible to effectively use measures to stimulate the development of small businesses. Based on this approach, the conclusion about the importance of balanced approaches to regulating the activities of small business entities, taking into account the needs of the market, is substantiated.
