Анотація

The article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of sustainable development management of organizations in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. It is substantiated that modern conditions of organizational functioning are characterized by increasing uncertainty, growing complexity of management processes, higher requirements for transparency, and the need to ensure long-term sustainability of development. It is determined that traditional models of sustainable development management often fail to provide an appropriate level of coordination among participants in management processes, are characterized by limited capacity to control information flows, and demonstrate insufficient adaptability to changes in the external environment. The study substantiates the expediency of using blockchain technology to transform organizations’ sustainable development management systems. It has been established that implementing blockchain technologies enables information transparency, increases digital trust among stakeholders, automates control procedures, and optimizes coordination among participants in management processes. It has been proven that blockchain technology creates the preconditions for the transition from fragmented digitalization of individual processes to the development of integrated digital management models for organizations. Within the framework of the study, the key problems in ensuring the sustainable development of organizations in the modern digital economy are systematized, the main managerial effects of integrating blockchain technology into the strategic management system are identified, and the risks and limitations of implementing blockchain technologies in organizational activities are synthesized. The author proposes an integrated model of sustainable development management based on blockchain technology that combines economic, social, and environmental components through a unified digital system for coordination, monitoring, and control of information flows. Keywords: blockchain, blockchain technology, information technology, sustainable development, sustainable development model, business model, integration, digital transformation, management.
