DIGITALIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN INTEGRATED BUSINESS STRUCTURES IN THE CONTEXT OF POST-WAR RECONSTRUCTION

Анотація

The article explores theoretical and applied aspects of digitalization of the construction industry and project management in integrated business structures in the context of post-war reconstruction. The role of innovative technologies, in particular Building Information Modeling (BIM), artificial intelligence and unmanned systems, in the transformation of construction processes is substantiated. The importance of drone technologies as an element of the drone economy for monitoring, assessing the condition of infrastructure and optimizing construction logistics is determined. Modern approaches to project management in the context of digital transformation and integration of business structures are analyzed. It is proven that the implementation of digital solutions contributes to increasing the efficiency of infrastructure reconstruction, ensuring energy efficiency and implementing the principles of sustainable development.
