Conceptual-Methodological Basis for the Formation and Realisation of the Economic Potential of an Enterprise in the Context of Digitalisation and Intellectualisation of Socio-Economic Processes

Introduction. The economic potential of an enterprise is a key category that reflects not only the availability of resources, but also the possibilities for their effective use, capital accumulation, human resource development, and innovation. In the context of the digital economy, the role of intellectualisation of management, digital competencies of personnel, analytical systems and data processing technologies is growing, which directly affects the financial condition and investment attractiveness of an enterprise. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to rethink traditional approaches to the formation and assessment of the economic potential of an enterprise, taking into account digital transformations and the growing role of intangible assets and human capital. The problem of ensuring the economic stability of enterprises in an unstable external environment, limited financial resources and increased risks is of particular importance. The purpose of the article is to provide a comprehensive theoretical justification and improvement of methodological approaches to the formation, assessment and realisation of the economic potential of an enterprise in the digital economy, as well as to develop an integrated model that reflects the interrelationship between financial, human, intellectual and digital capital with indicators of financial stability, investment activity and competitiveness. Research methodology. The research uses general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, logical generalisation and comparison to systematise scientific approaches and form an integrated model of economic potential. A structural-functional approach was used to determine the relationships between the components of potential, and factor analysis was used to identify the determinants of its development. Elements of financial and economic analysis were used to assess the financial condition and economic stability of the enterprise. Integral and analytical assessment methods were also used, which made it possible to combine quantitative and qualitative parameters of potential development, taking into account the role of digitalisation and intellectualisation of management. The information base of the study was scientific works by domestic and foreign authors on the problems of economic potential and digital transformation. The comprehensive use of these methods ensured the validity of the results obtained and the formation of practically oriented conclusions regarding the development of the enterprise's economic potential. Results. The study clarified the essence of an enterprise's economic potential as an integrated system of financial, human, intellectual and digital capital, which is formed under the influence of internal and external factors and is realised through competitiveness. The feasibility of applying an integrated model for the formation, assessment and realisation of economic potential, which reflects the relationship between the enterprise's resource base, investment activity and strategic performance, has been substantiated. It has been established that a balanced capital structure, an adequate level of financial stability, and the development of human and digital potential are key conditions for the sustainable development of an enterprise. Methodological approaches to assessing economic potential have been systematised, and the need for their comprehensive application, taking into account the processes of digitalisation and intellectualisation of management, has been proven.
