SELF-MANAGEMENT OF A YOUNG SPECIALIST IN THE CONDITIONS OF INTELLECTUALIZATION AND DIGITALIZATION

Анотація

The issue of effective self-management meets the most important needs of today and is especially relevant in the context of intellectualization, digitalization. The aim of the article is to substantiate the causal links of the process of self-management of a young specialist in terms of intellectualization and digitalization. The task is to reveal the stages of the process of self-management in time and task management during the self-management of a young specialist, highlighting the benefits of self-management of a young specialist in the process of activity and becoming a manager. The research is based on the following methods: analysis and generalization to identify the benefits of self-management of a young specialist in the process of activity and becoming a manager, to form conclusions; synthesis, induction to build the process of self-management in time and the process of task management in self-management; schematic and graphic images for the visual display of the results of research and analytical data. The article reveals the elements of the process of self-management in time, which involves seven parallel-consecutive interconnected blocks: goal setting; activity planning; decision making; implementation of planned activities; monitoring of results; analysis of results; making adjustments. A generalized process of task management during the self-management of a young specialist is proposed, which reflects the main components for solving work tasks in the activities of a young specialist. The process of task management involves the implementation of successive stages: the accumulation of tasks, a detailed analysis of the implementation of actions, ordering by certain categories, review of actions taken, the implementation of tasks. The advantages of self-management of a young specialist in the process of activity and becoming a manager are given. Effective use of self-management tools, time management should be a key direction in becoming a young specialist as a leader. This will improve the understanding of modern approaches to the management system and the work of the manager, improve the quality of management in general. In today's digitalization and intellectualization, the process of self-management over time, task management must be conscious. These processes should take place in well-thought-out stages and be implemented taking into account the system of tools for self-management and time management.
