Анотація
The article deals with the content of some of the basic concepts of the theory of personnel policy, personnel management, professiography and influence of these research directions in the activities of personnel work to improve conditions of personnel and best results, improvement measures for the selection, preparation and distribution personnel. Tasks that should be done for improvement manpower work with personnel is also considered too.
