DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE LOGISTIC FLOW OF THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

Анотація

The article defines the expediency of digital transformations in the management of logistics flows of the military-industrial complex in the conditions of global digital transformation of the economy and hostilities in Ukraine. The issues of introducing modern digital technologies, tools and a proactive strategy in the logistics sector of the military-industrial complex are considered, taking into account the flexibility of certain aspects of logistics activities, which will improve the digital logistics system in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The essence of military logistics, digitization in logistics and digital technologies used in digital transformation are revealed. The article presents the main directions of the digitalization process for managing the logistics flows of the military-industrial complex to solve problems related to providing military units with the necessary supplies, obtaining military equipment, humanitarian and financial assistance. It has been determined what the need for digitalization of the transport infrastructure and logistics chains of the military-industrial complex in the conditions of hostilities and constantly changing conditions. A model for managing logistics flows of the military-industrial complex using digital technologies has been developed, connecting all transport and logistics processes and reflecting integrated digital solutions in the logistics of the military-industrial complex. The main tasks of the virtuality of the interaction of transport logistics routes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are determined. It is noted that digital transformations in the management of logistics flows of the military-industrial complex depend on the effective and organized operation of control subsystems and the virtualization of the interaction environment, which is provided through the use of the global telecommunications environment. The main functions of the logistics flow management system of the military-industrial complex are presented. The specifics of the requirements for the processes of managing the integrated logistics flows of the provision of military units in modern realities are analyzed.
