Justification of the Mechanism of Risk Protection of Business Structures
Анотація
To develop measures to reduce or prevent risks in the process of development of business structures, a mechanism of their risk protection was proposed, the practical implementation of which was carried out by substantiating risk management models and methods for each group of business structures. A three-dimensional model for choosing a risk protection model and risk management methods for business structures has been created. A criterion matrix for choosing the optimal method of risk management of business structures has been compiled. An example of a risk management program has been developed, in which risk protection measures are summarized and detailed by target indicators of the cost of risks, specific performers and works, as well as the scope and sources of financing of these measures are determined.
