The article examines the theoretical foundations of the development of innovative startup entrepreneurship and the role of digital technologies in shaping the modern entrepreneurial environment. The relevance of the research is обусловed by the need to intensify innovation activity and identify new drivers of economic growth in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The study analyzes the economic nature of startups, identifies their key characteristics, and highlights the differences between startups and traditional forms of entrepreneurship. The structure and functioning of the startup ecosystem are explored, as well as the role of its main stakeholders in supporting its development. Particular attention is paid to the importance of university incubators and accelerators as institutional mechanisms for fostering innovation. The impact of digitalization on the transformation of startup business models and the development of financial technologies (FinTech) is also examined. The role of creative industries and the IT sector in shaping an innovative entrepreneurial environment is determined. The research substantiates that the combination of digital technologies, intellectual capital, and an effective innovation infrastructure creates favorable conditions for the development of startup entrepreneurship and the formation of a knowledge-based economy.
