Proved that highlight components of organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development of enterprise based on the stages of the innovation process – creation of new knowledge, its materialization and commercialization. Efficiency of mechanism is achieved by providing functional completeness of knowledge in the subject area of the enterprise and focus intellectual activity staff to achieve the required economic result.
