Cloud Solutions in Business Processes: From Optimization to Industrialization

Анотація

The article examines the role of cloud solutions in the transformation of business processes of enterprises in the context of the digitalization of the economy. It is substantiated that cloud technologies are no longer just an auxiliary tool for storing data or reducing costs for information infrastructure, but are gradually becoming the basis of a new business organization model. The key areas of use of cloud solutions in business processes are identified: financial management, procurement, sales, personnel, document management, client interactions, analytics, logistics and risks. It is proven that the implementation of cloud solutions provides not only local optimization of individual operations, but also deeper industrialization of business processes – their standardization, scaling, automation and integration into a single digital ecosystem. The paper systematizes the advantages of cloud solutions for enterprises, in particular flexibility, scalability, reduction of capital costs, increased transparency of management, increased business continuity and acceleration of the process of substantiation of management decisions. At the same time, the main risks are identified: cyber threats, dependence on the service provider, data protection issues, the complexity of integration with existing systems, and the need to develop digital competencies of personnel. A phased model of the enterprise's transition to cloud-based business process management is proposed.
