PROGNOSED FEATURES OF THE CAMPAIGN TO LOCAL COUNCILS IN THE CITIES OF UKRAINE "MORE THAN 90 THOUSAND OF VOTERS" IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE NEW ELECTION CODE: PARTY DIMENSION
Анотація
The article analyzes the main features of the election process following the new Electoral Code regarding elections to local councils in the party dimension. The objectives of political parties and the methods of achieving them in the "new conditions" were listed. The article presents a model of party priorities during the election campaign in the given conditions, on the example of a specific settlement. Basic strategies were developed for two types of political parties: high and low support. Party strategies were modeled regarding the party election campaign, the establishment of the General and Regional lists of candidates, the coordination of their nominees, the attitude to competing parties and candidates, the expected results.
