Problems of Personnel Management in Banks of Ukraine
Анотація
The article examines problems in the personnel management system of a modern bank of Ukraine. The system of management and employee motivation was analyzed using the example of JSC "Oschadbank". An analysis of the personnel of JSC "Oschadbank" by age was carried out. Ways to improve the efficiency of enterprise management and the possibility of implementing these ways in JSC "Oschadbank" were considered. Problems in the management system were identified and recommendations were made for improving the personnel management system and improving the bank's competitiveness. The consequences of the implementation of our proposals in JSC "Oschadbank" have been demonstrated.
