PUBLIC MANAGEMENT OF THE HUMANITARIAN SPHERE OF UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF AGE CLUSTERS

Анотація

The article examines the peculiarities of public administration in the humanitarian sphere for different age periods. The content of the main definitions has been clarified: public administration, humanitarian sphere, age clusters. The views of various scientists on the interpretation of certain concepts were analyzed and it was established that the modernization of the public administration system and transformational processes in the humanitarian sphere are deepening in connection with the processes of globalization, informatization, integration, and unification. Characteristic features and areas of activity of public administration in educational activities at different levels are described. It was established that each age period has its own characteristics of public administration, which are related to the needs of the individual, his or her orientations, requests. Common and distinctive features of public administration are characterized in accordance with the psychological and social characteristics prevailing in certain age clusters. The main directions of improvement of public administration at different stages of age periodization are determined.
