Financial Rehabilitation as a Tool for Restoring the Solvency of Construction Enterprises

Анотація

The article examines the use of financial rehabilitation (sanation) as a tool for restoring the solvency of construction enterprises under growing crisis risks caused by martial law, inflation, a shortage of investment resources, and the high capital intensity of construction. The place of sanation within the crisis-management system is identified, and the internal and external factors of financial crisis are systematized. A set of sanation measures is proposed: optimizing capital structure, managing working capital and cash flows, restructuring debt, building liquidity reserves, implementing financial controlling, budgeting construction projects, and applying risk-management tools. The scientific novelty lies in improving methodological approaches to sanation as a comprehensive crisis-management tool through the integration of financial, organizational, and managerial measures. The practical significance lies in the applicability of the proposed recommendations in developing sanation programs for construction enterprises.
