Цифровізація освіти – тренд, стратегія й виклик часу

Анотація

The purpose of the article is the analysis of scientific positions on digitalization of education as a trend, strategy in the aspect of modern challenges. To achieve the defined goal, the following research methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific literature, regulatory and legal documents, materials of periodicals on the topic of research, interpretive and analytical method, generalization. The significance of the digital transformation of the educational process, digitization and cross‐platform as the main trends of the general labor market has been updated. Various aspects of the digitalization of education and the development of innovative technologies in the conditions of digital transformations have been elaborated. It was found that digitization as a global phenomenon is an objective factor in the use of digital and innovative technologies in education; in turn, the actualization of digital transformations is associated with the development of artificial intelligence, robotics, mobile‐oriented learning methods, the spread of information virtualization technologies, the formation of the practice of using electronic information bases and systems, as well as the formation of networks of ICT service providers. In the theoretical plane, in accordance with the defined goal, clarifications were made regarding the terminology of the digitalization phenomenon. Scientific positions on digitalization of education as a kind of paradigm shift, strategic goal, complex and ambiguous process are analyzed. It was concluded that it is fundamentally important from a strategic and tactical point of view that thanks to digitalization the educational process becomes more mobile, flexible, personalized and differentiated, and this significantly affects the content of education, methods, means and technologies of education, organizational forms of education and educational management cognitive activity, leads to changes in the activities of both higher education students and scientific and pedagogical workers. It is summarized that digitization is one of the key strategic directions of the transformation of the education system, a response to today's social challenges, which involves the use of digital technologies in the educational process in order to ensure the quality and accessibility of education, to strengthen the individualization and differentiation of learning, to develop and deepen the digital competence of an individual
