Creative class and competitive economy of Ukraine

Анотація

Досліджено поняття «конкурентоспроможність економіки», питання результативності економічного розвитку країни. Вивчено фактори індексу креативності. Аналіз показників індексу креативності дозволив виявити та сформулювати основні проблеми, які перешкоджають стабільному розвитку країни. Позитивною виявилася динаміка процесу збільшення числа працівників креативних професій і їхніх доходів.  Показано рейтинг найбільш оплачуваних професій в Україні, Європі, США, в якому представлено професії саме креативного класу. Виявлено вплив креативного класу на конкурентоспроможність економіки України та обґрунтовано його значимість у перспективі. Creativity index factors have been studied. The analysis of creativity index indicators allowed identifying and articulating the core problems preventing country’s steady development. Changes in the growth of the number of creative workers and their incomes appeared to be positive. The rating of the best paid professions in Ukraine, Europe and U.S. has been given providing an exact descriptions of creative-class professions. The effect of the creative class on the Ukrainian economy’s competitiveness has been identified and its significance for the perspective has been justified.
