INNOVATIVE-ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRI-FOOD ENTERPRISES

Анотація

The article explores the theoretical principles of the formation of innovative-adaptive management of the development of agri-food enterprises in the context of structural transformations of the economy, increasing market uncertainty and increasing global and national challenges. It is substantiated that agri-food enterprises operate in a complex multifactorial environment, where natural-climatic, technological, institutional and market risks are combined, which necessitates the transition from traditional management models to innovative-adaptive approaches. It is shown that innovative-adaptive management ensures the integration of strategic, organizational and technological solutions aimed at increasing the flexibility, stability and competitiveness of agri-food enterprises. The emphasis is on the role of innovation as a tool for long-term development and adaptability as the ability of enterprises to respond in a timely manner to changes in the external environment. It has been proven that the combination of innovation and adaptability creates the prerequisites for the sustainable development of agri-food enterprises, increasing the efficiency of resource use and ensuring food security in the context of modern economic transformations.
