Analysis of the market of outsourcing enterprises in Ukraine

Анотація

Enterprises fulfil many types of economic activities, the business processes, the functions. Some types of economic activities are transferred to outsourcing. Accordingly, the market for outsourcing enterprises is constantly evolving and gaining momentum. The State Statistics Service of Ukraine does not account for outsourcing companies, because the outsourcing activity is absent in legal level. Authors’ methods of collecting statistical materials have been developed, with the help of which identified 143 outsourcing companies in Ukraine. The outsourcing companies which fulfil activities on a simplified or common taxation system was analysed by the author. The reasons of the annulment of VAT registration of outsourcing companies are investigated, and the article examines and the duration of finding outsourcing enterprises on the simplified tax system are investigated in 2019. Also, the dynamics of the growth of the number of outsourcing companies which use the simplified tax system. The author has revealed the organizational legal form which it is often used by outsourcing companies.
