Organizational and economic measures to adapt national enterprises in globalized space

Анотація

Досліджено глобальні періоди розвитку економіки України, починаючи з 1991 року і до сьогодення. Виділено такі періоди розвитку економіки країни, а саме: період планової економіки; період трансформації економіки, формування нової ринкової моделі; період розвитку й зміцнення ринкової моделі; глобальна світова фінансово-економічна криза; посткризовий період; внутрішня фінансово-економічна криза; період євроінтеграції. Доведено, що різкий перехід України з планової моделі до ринкової спричинив на вітчизняних підприємствах сильні потрясіння, що викликало велику кількість збанкрутілих за цей період підприємств. Зазначено, що тенденція збільшення кількості збанкрутілих вітчизняних підприємств свідчить про те, що більшість з них на постійну зміну зовнішніх умов реагують із запізненням та не можуть адаптуватися до таких стрімких перетворень в економіці країни. Для кожного глобального періоду розвитку економіки України визначено, узагальнено та запропоновано організаційно-економічні заходи адаптації вітчизняних підприємств. Highlight these periods of economic development, namely the period of the planned economy; the period of economic transformation, the formation of a new market model; during the development and strengthening of market models; global financial and economic crisis; post-crisis period; Internal financial and economic crisis; the period of European integration. Proved that Ukraine abrupt transition from planned to market model has led to domestic enterprises strong shocks, which caused a large number of bankrupt companies during this period. It is noted that the tendency to increase the number of failed domestic enterprises shows that most of them are on constant changes in external conditions react late and can not adapt to such rapid changes in the economy. For each period of global economic development of Ukraine stipulates summarized and proposed organizational and economic measures adapting domestic enterprises.
