Combination of Digital Twin Technology and FinOps in Management Accounting Modeling

Анотація

Digitization of the economy involves the use of the latest information and communication technologies to process economic information, the main generator of which is accounting. To optimize the accounting and management of the enterprise, it is important to form information models of economic and financial processes, which is possible in the conditions of the complex use of digital twin technology and the concept of interdisciplinary FinOps cost optimization.The expediency of information modeling using the technology of digital twin and FinOps to optimize accounting and management of the functioning of enterprises has been proven. The specialized accounting toolkit has been improved in the conditions of digital twin and FinOps using. Using the example of predictive evaluation of newly created intangible assets (crypto-assets), which involves determining the initial value and future value based on discounting, the importance of using the FinOps concept to fully consider all enterprise expenses is justified. The use of improved tools in the modeling of management accounting as a source of formation of information arrays for strategic management of sustainable development of entrepreneurship is substantiated.
