Nowadays there is a need to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of a synergistic interpretation of the process of integration of the domestic labor market into the EU labor market, which occurs through a cascade of bifurcation transformations caused by systemic crises, imbalances, asymmetries, and ends with the emergence of new forms of relations between employees and employers (including digital segments of the labor market). The purpose of the study is to substantiate the logic of bifurcation transformations of the labor market in the conditions of digitalization, as well as globalization and European integration trends. The initial thesis of the study is the fact that the modern labor market functions in conditions of permanent fluctuations arising primarily in connection with the different directions of the actions of its subjects (salaried employees and employers), difficult-to-predict mobility, diversity of behavioral motives, as well as under by the influence of market infrastructure transformations. The growth of these fluctuations inevitably pushes the system to the “point of bifurcation”, in which, in particular, unemployment grows by leaps and bounds, forms of non-standard employment, atypical models of working time organization, and innovative approaches to attracting and motivating personnel appear. Increasing the degree of openness of the national labor market under the influence of globalization and European integration trends, on the one hand, makes it more competitive (it is about new requirements for the competitiveness of employees and wages, opportunities for labor migration and prospects for human development), and on the other hand, it stipulates increasing entropy and excessive asymmetries (imbalances). In order to organize the system at the point of bifurcation and bring it to the optimal attractor of evolution, a special mechanism is needed, which combines the signs of organizational influence (in particular, the development of single “parameters of order” or social and labor standards, coordination by international institutions), as well as the self-229 organization inherent in the market structure (the desire of each worker to be involved in decent work, taking into account the attributive features of his labor mentality). The use of such a mechanism will allow to realize the potential of labor market synergy as the ability to generate the effect of multiplying economic and social benefits due to the coordination of the actions of individual elements.
