КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНІ ПОЛОЖЕННЯ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ СУТНОСТІ БЮДЖЕТНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ
Анотація
Within the article, conceptual provisions of the essence research of the category "budget security" are considered. In particular, the nature of such definitions as "security" and "budget" is analyzed, which allowed us to clarify basic scientific concepts for considering their content. The study of certain provisions of security research as a universal scientific category allowed specifying its main characteristics, and the knowledge of the essence of the definition of "budget" as an integral part of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of financial science made it possible to establish the existence of a multivariate approach to understanding its nature. This contributed to the description and identification of specific provisions, and their consideration will justify the essence of the category of "budget security", given its complex structure.
