Submitted by concept of diagnosis and assessment of intellectual capital of the company in view of optimizing its structures based on the use of economic-mathematical methods and models. Considered model of the formation of the optimal structure of intellectual capital, including in terms of value. . Presents features of management of human, institutional and consumer capital.
