ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS IN THE OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF A MODERN ENTERPRISE: OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES

The study of the adaptation of artificial intelligence tools in the operational activities of a modern enterprise is extremely relevant in the current environment. This need is caused by certain factors, the main of which are the following: the war, which led to internal instability, both in the foreign and domestic markets; as well as pandemics, under the influence of which consumers have reoriented to online shopping. Adaptations of artificial intelligence tools are an integral part of the strategic management decision-making process within a company, and their impact on the functioning of operational processes in a company is becoming increasingly important in an unstable market environment. The article studies the implementation of artificial intelligence tools in the operational activities of a modern enterprise. The following research methods are used: observation, comparative analysis, measurement, synthesis, abstraction, generalization, induction and deduction. An analysis of the main scientific studies on the adaptation of artificial intelligence tools at enterprises is carried out. The key artificial intelligence tools used by industrial enterprises were identified. The categories of artificial intelligence tools are systematized. The possibilities of introducing artificial intelligence at enterprises are investigated. An algorithm for introducing artificial intelligence tools into operational processes is developed. This algorithm will allow Ukrainian enterprises to adapt artificial intelligence tools into their activities to make strategic management decisions. A comparison of artificial intelligence tools for Ukrainian industrial companies is outlined. The main challenges in the implementation of artificial intelligence tools in the Ukrainian industry are considered. A comparative characterization of the use of artificial intelligence tools in the industrial sector is carried out. The main results of the study are to identify the peculiarities of the use of artificial intelligence tools at enterprises and to substantiate the possibilities and prospects for their adaptation to the conditions of Ukrainian industry, taking into account current trends in the digital transformation of the economy.
