On the Concept and Specifics of Blogger (Influencer) Activities: Russian and International Legislative Experience
Анотація
The scientific article examines the issues of legal regulation of blogger activities through the prism of the subjective right to carry out such activities in various spheres of social reality. Based on the application of a risk-oriented approach in the formation of legal regimes for blogger activities, the article formulates approaches to the right of a person to carry out blogger activities as an element of the content of their legal capacity. Blogging activities related to activities subject to licensing can only be carried out by individuals who have confirmed their relevant professional competencies through licensing. For activities subject to self-regulation, the right to engage in blogging activities may be based on membership in a self-regulatory organization.
