TRANSPORT ECONOMY AND ITS TRANSFORMATION IN THE INSTITUTIONAL COORDINATES OF NATIONAL ACCOUNTS

Анотація

The principles of building the system of national accounts of Ukraine in accordance with international standards are generalized. A comparative assessment of international macro indicators, represented by gross national and gross domestic product, as well as methods of their estimation, is carried out. The causal relationships between national, regional accounts, accounts for institutional sectors of the economy, incomes and expenditures of the population, etc. are outlined. The matrix approach to the formation of information in the system of national accounts is characterized. The dynamic and structural analysis of the indicators of transport functioning in the system of national accounts of Ukraine in connection with the indicators of real and nominal gross domestic product, as well as with the state of investment. It is concluded that the proportions of transport, warehousing, postal and courier activities in relation to the volume of services and gross domestic product are opposite. The negatives include the excess of the rate of reduction of physical volumes of activity in section H compared to the national economy, including due to differences in the levels of deflator indices. The proposals on the directions of transformation of the transport economy and the growth of its contribution to the formation of macro indicators are substantiated.
