Анотація
The article explores the theoretical aspects of state regulation of small and medium-sized business (SMB) development in crisis conditions. The purpose of the article is to investigate the scientific and practical foundations of entrepreneurship development in Ukraine through understanding the specifics of doing business in crisis conditions and the impact of state measures on the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine.The practical aspects of SMB state regulation are generalized, and problems are identified, the solution of which should become the subject of state regulation in the future. The importance of developing and supporting the small business sector in Europe, ensuring their active state support in the areas of finance, taxes, and regulatory issues, is noted.
