Transformation of human potential of Ukraine in the conditions of military challenges
Анотація
The aim of the work was to analyze the current state of the labor market and identify ways to preserve and increase the efficiency of the use of labor resources both during the war and in order to ensure the possibility of rapid post-war recovery. It is substantiated that the adaptive reproduction of labor resources in critical conditions requires a transition from traditional management models to the Industry 5.0 paradigm, where the key emphasis shifts from pure automation to the synergy of man and machine, human-centricity and ethical use of high technologies. It is proven that the economic sustainability of enterprises during martial law directly depends on the ability of management to implement flexible forms of employment and digital tools of operational management. The specifics of the functioning of data-driven food ecosystems as a strategic sector of economic security are considered. It has been established that the implementation of data-driven approaches in the agri-food sector allows minimizing the risks of disruption of logistics chains and ensuring the sustainability of production cycles even in conditions of personnel shortage. Mechanisms for stimulating innovative employment based on the principles of inclusiveness and continuous learning are proposed.
