MODERN TENDENCIES IN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL EMIGRATION FROM UKRAINE
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан еміграції молоді з України до країн Європейського Союзу та інших високорозвинених країн з метою отримання вищої освіти. Виявлено тенденції до суттєвого зростання кількості українських студентів, що навчаються за кордоном, та означено країни-реципієнти здобувачів вищої освіти з України. Ідентифіковано мотиви виїзду української молоді за кордон у розрізі основних країн-реципієнтів. До основних мотивів прийняття рішення про навчання за кордоном віднесено якість освіти, можливість безкоштовного навчання та отримання стипендій і грантів, легкість вступу, можливість отримання роботи, кращі економічні й соціальні умови проживання, територіальну, культурну та ментальну спорідненість тощо. Результати дослідження полягають у виявленні сучасних тенденцій масового виїзду української молоді за кордон та активації реальних ризиків їх неповернення в Україну після отримання вищої освіти.
