HOUSING CONSTRUCTION AND HOUSING POLICY IN MARTIAL ARTS CONDITIONS

Анотація

The scientific article is devoted to housing construction and the development of housing policy in Ukraine under martial law. Current approaches to the transformation of the state's housing policy processes are studied, including the implementation of housing programs to support the population, primarily internally displaced persons. Key analytical data on the number of internally displaced persons and the volume of housing put into operation in the regions are reflected, and attention is paid to the implementation of the principles of barrier-free access and increasing the transparency of the implementation of housing programs. Promising directions for the development of housing policy are outlined, in particular, the expansion of social housing programs, the formation of the State Strategy for Housing Policy, and the improvement of the regulatory framework in the field of housing stock management and the development of social rental housing.
