Formation of a Support Mechanism for Enterprise Development Processes as a Socioeconomic System

Анотація

The aim of the article is to conduct an analysis of the theoretical and methodological aspects of the evolutionary development of the enterprise and the formation of a support mechanism for enterprise development processes as a socioeconomic system. With the acceleration of Ukraine’s economy integration into the world economic system, under the conditions of globalization processes and increasing economic complexity, the topic of ensuring the efficient development of enterprises is becoming increasingly relevant. A dialectical connection between growth and development processes has been established, which, on the one hand, does not exclude the possibility of their separation, and, on the other hand, reflects their mutual conditionality. To reflect this connection, it is proposed to use the concept of «commutated growth/development process». Based on the analysis of the laws and patterns of development, it has been found that the process of enterprise development as a nonlinear dynamic system is characterized by wave-like and evolutionary features. It is argued that the variability of the development of a restaurant business enterprise becomes evident only when a certain platform is formed, within the plane of which structural elements are integrated, collectively forming the support mechanism for enterprise development. It is substantiated that the strength of the energy base of the support mechanism of enterprise development determines the «trajectory» of its movement in the coordinates of «growth/development». During the formation of the enterprise development support mechanism, priority is given to the issues of taking into account certain development patterns, which include the basic principles of the system; a system of principles has been formed (dynamic equilibrium, optimality, variability, fractality, logicality, adaptation, systemacity, synergy, scientific information support, socio-cultural support), among which, according to the theory of economic growth, the principle of synergy is recognized as dominant. Considering enterprise development from the perspective of a nonlinear dynamic system, adaptive and bifurcation models are characterized, and the main elements of the evolutionary process of the socioeconomic system development are defined.
