THE DEFINITY OF THE PRIVATE LAW NATURE OF ETHICAL PRINCIPLES FOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES

Анотація

Purpose. The article is aimed at an attempt to single out the private law nature of ethical principles as the basis for regulating relations of using artificial intelligence technologies. Methodology. Understanding of relations of using artificial intelligence, faces the need for methodological justification of their legal basis, and this, in turn, requires an appeal to a wide range of general and special scientific methods, in particular: system-structural, conceptual-logical, sociological, historical, comparative, etc. In essence, the question of the definity of the nature of a particular legal phenomenon is a matter of methodology. Thanks to a special scientific method of legal semantics, an attempt was made to outline the private legal nature of ethical principles that are fundamental in the field of regulating relations of using artificial intelligence technologies. At the interdisciplinary level, problems of a methodological nature are raised, in particular, issues of legal semantics, conceptual-logical approach, historical and comparative understanding of moral and ethical principles. Results. In the course of the study, the interdisciplinary nature of the problems of regulating relations of using artificial intelligence is indicated, which leads to the need for a conscious perception of the moral and ethical principles of human coexistence in the meta-universe. Scientific novelty. It has been determined that ethical principles for artificial intelligence technologies, which are the basis of the rules of behavior of subjects in the digital environment, are of a private legal nature. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used in law-making activities and in the cycle of disciplines of professional and practical training of applicants for the first and second levels of higher education in the specialty of law.
