The housing and utilities sector is important for ensuring the quality of life, it has a great impact on the investment attractiveness of the territory, the level of its economic potential , the culture and way of life of society. The main directions of the state policy in the housing and communal sector are to improve the standard of living of the population, increase the energy efficiency of housing and communal complex enterprises, and use innovative environmental technologies in solving problems related to the disposal, processing and disposal of solid waste. When solving these problems, there is a need for the coordinated work of thousands of employees of enterprises and services of housing and communal services. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many enterprises to switch to remote operation, and this has also partially affected housing and communal services. Improving working conditions for the staff of housing and communal services that have switched to remote operation mode contributes to the provision of higher-quality public services to enterprises and residents.
