THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF ORGANIZATION-AND-INFORMATION SUPPORT OF ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTITIES

It has been found out that the activity of agricultural entities is caused by a number of financial complications due to the inability to respond in time to political events, economic and financial reforms, low solvency, low competitiveness, inefficient use of financial resources, lack of liquid collateral, inflationary processes, etc. leads to crisis phenomena.It has been established that it is possible to achieve the required result at minimal cost based on the preparation of a special system of crisis management, namely organizational-and-information support of crisis management of agricultural entities.It has been determined that crisis management is to ensure a stable state in the market, prevent crisis phenomena, and to overcome the crisis in the economic system by timely and correct assessment of the financial condition of the business entity that will help to prevent bankruptcy and prepare a strategy to improve its efficiency. The process of constant systematic application of relevant informative indicators to analyze, plan and prepare the necessary operational management decisions on the activities of agricultural entities allows preventing the emergence of crisis phenomena. It has been noted that the specifics of the crisis management of agricultural entities is that most of them need not only crisis management, but also a fundamental change in the management system. Nowadays, it is necessary to identify the basics of early detection, the timely overcoming of the financial crisis and the development of an adequate anticrisis program of agricultural entities. It has been suggested to determine the effectiveness of organizational-and-information support of crisis management of agricultural entities on a qualitatively new multidimensional platform, taking into account the specifics of their functioning and information, communication and competence capabilities in a certain time interval and to determine preventive tactical decisions and measures and strategic horizons of activity. It has been suggested to use the Altman index to predict financial instability.It is necessary to combine the interests of both public authorities and the agricultural entity for anti-crisis management to be efficient.
