Особливості підготовки до підприємництва майбутніх фахівців з транспортного менеджменту та логістики в Україні

Анотація

The article analyzes the process of preparing future transport management and logistics specialists for entrepreneurial activity in the context of economic instability and military operations in Ukraine. The study emphasizes the importance of taking into account technological orientation, adaptation to market conditions, development of partnerships, knowledge of local legislation and continuous professional development for successful business. Based on a comparative analysis of the economic indicators of Ukraine and Poland, it is substantiated that the integration of modern advanced methods of logistics process management is critical for effectively solving business problems in the face of constant changes in the market and economic difficulties. The article also provides recommendations for educational institutions on training specialists, including the organization of work practices, internships, involvement of successful entrepreneurs in lectures, and development of partnerships with business.
