Анотація
The article researches degree of social systems openness in terms of modern globalization process, international economic cooperation, relationships establishment, the unavoidability of new progressive model of economic development transition, the emergence of a national economic innovation systems, the formation of innovation market, trends and problems of the innovative economy modelling, emergence of agglomerations and complexes, the role of clusters in the economic process.
