INNOVATIVE STRATEGIES FOR MANAGING INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN INTEGRATING UKRAINIAN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION INTO THE EU AGRICULTURAL MARKET

Анотація

The article is devoted to the study of the latest development trends associated with the active introduction by the EU countries of the practice of ensuring environmental and industrial stability on the basis of the implementation of the “Green Deal” innovative strategy. The relevance of the study is due to the need for strategic adaptation of Ukrainian agricultural producers to the strict environmental requirements of the "Green Deal" and the EU's digital transformation to strengthen their positions in the priority European market. This requires the development of new management models that harmonize economic efficiency with modern European standards of sustainable development and international certification. The purpose of the publication is to analyze and develop effective innovative strategies for integrating Ukrainian agricultural production into the European agricultural market, whose activities today focus on nature conservation and environmental protection. The key challenges, opportunities, barriers and ways to overcome them to increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian agricultural producers within the EU are presented. The principles and formulated goals of local producers in the agricultural markets of the EU countries are described. In the process of determining the complex impact of agriculture on the environment, they identify specific areas: soil resources, biological diversity, climate, landscape, air resources, and water resources. The collision is studied, which consists in the fact that the agrarian policy of the EU countries is formed in order to reconcile two inherently incompatible paradigms: the policy of formation of sectoral incomes and the policy of integration into the chains of agricultural production of environmental tasks. In addition to the need to take into account the realities of the development of agricultural production in the EU itself, the issues of integration into the markets of European countries of Ukrainian agricultural producers, who face difficulties in adapting their goods to the requirements of the standards prevailing there, stand out separately
