Scientific and methodic approach to determining the strategic set of construction enterprises

The subject of the article covers theoretical, methodological provisions and practical aspects of the definition of a strategic set of construction enterprises. The aim of the article is to identify the theoretical and methodological provisions and justify the practical recommendations for the definition and development of a strategic set for construction enterprises. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study included general scientific (dialectical, structural and functional) and special methods of studying the examined economic phenomena and processes. The article on the basis of the conducted analysis summarizes the methodological principles of definition and development of a strategic set for construction enterprises, including description of its essence and procedural aspects. Article also discloses characteristic of the construction enterprises strategy and strategic set and the necessity of its development using an integrated system and situational approach. The author's vision of the essential characteristics, functional purpose and description of the structural components of the strategic set of the construction enterprises is represented, including rationale for its development. As a conclusion, it is appropriate to consider a strategic set as a hierarchically organized system of interconnected strategies of different levels and types that are developed by the construction enterprise for a certain period of time taking into account functioning, capabilities and perspective directions of development of the construction enterprise, as well as determine its strategic orientation and positioning in the external environment based on the achievement of its strategic objectives.
