Population migration as a pedagogical phenomenon and a legal problem

The article focuses on some pedagogical and legal aspects of the phenomenology of migration and migration of other processes. Factors affecting population migration and types of migrants are specified. Especially in the context of today's challenges, it touches on domestic realities. An analysis of the scientific works of specialists investigating the socio-pedagogical issues of population migration was carried out. On the basis of the analytical work carried out, it was found that the terminological uncertainty significantly complicates the unambiguity in the understanding of the basic concepts of "migration" and "migratory processes". As a result of the analytical work carried out, the content of the concepts "migration" and "international migration" was clarified. Emphasis made by modern researchers on the common and divergent characteristics of the mentioned phenomena was studied, based on the results of the analysis of reference sources. The definitions of the terms "immigration" and "emigration" were analyzed in detail, their approaches and varieties were studied. The dominant scientific positions of the researchers regarding the most important parameters of the migration process have been determined; more important aspects of migration as a pedagogical phenomenon are clarified. The factors of the migration process are analyzed and detailed. The "laws of migration", the circumstances and conditions under which a person can be recognized as a refugee and receive international protection are analyzed. The types of refugees, as well as the reasons determining the dynamics of modern migration processes, have been thoroughly investigated. The scientific approaches that should be taken into account in order to deepen the understanding of the phenomenology of "migration" and the functions of population migration are characterized. Legal issues related to migration processes in modern society are updated. It has been proven that any phenomena related to migration have appropriate legal instruments, because the legal competence of specialists who professionally accompany the migration content of human status is not without reason. Takes on an exclusive meaning and concrete manifestation. Legal competence is manifested in two areas of professional activity - human rights protection and law implementation. This adds to the need for a specially defined segment of the problem.
