ФІНАНСОВИЙ МЕХАНІЗМ РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В КРИЗОВИХ УМОВАХ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ
Анотація
The main feature of an effective financial policy is the development of the national economy and its real sector. If there are no positive changes in financial and economic activities of economic relations necessary to introduce an effective tool of the financial mechanism at the macro and micro levels.In this work the critical analysis of the concept of "financial mechanism", highlighted two approaches to its definition: in the public finances and financial activity. Highlight that requires a combination of national instruments of influence, such as legal and regulatory framework - with directly, instruments domestic impact, given the conditions of operation of enterprises in the national economy.As part of the proposed financial mechanism to allocate financial instruments through which can be implemented management decisions and financial leverage that fair view of the financial position of an entity relationship. For this management enterprises defined conditions, analysis of cyclical manifestations of the crisis of the national economy and their impact on individual sectors.
