Анотація
Cultural diplomacy in the modern world aims not only to strengthen cultural heritage and historical connections between two nations or states but also the spread certain values between them. One example is democratic values. Both actors of cultural diplomacy exchange their practices of building a sustainable democracy and help each other to achieve better results in the transparency of government, political participation of citizens, and development of civil society. For developing countries, this is an opportunity to strengthen international relations with socially developed countries, as well as to strengthen society's desire for democratic changes.
