Parki przemysłowe na Ukrainie jako narzędzie wsparcia i rozwoju sektora MŚP

Анотація

Streszczenie Artyku l  pokazuje aktualno śc  problemu tworzenia i organizacji dzia l alno ś ci parkow przemys l owych jako instrumentu wsparcia rozwoju ma l ych i  ś rednich przedsi e biorstw. Na ś wietlono znaczenie parkow we wspo l cze- snej gospodarce, warunki wst e pne i g l owne etapy ich powstawania na Ukrainie. Okre- ś lono podstawowe i konkurencyjne cechy parkow przemys l owych, warunki i korzy ś ci zwi ą zane z inwestowaniem przez ka z dego uczestnika. Przeanalizowano mo z liwe warunki  fi nansowania oraz kierunki wspar- cia przez pa n stwo parkow przemys l owych. Rozpatrzono konkretne przyk l ady ich utworzenia w regionach Ukrainy, okre ś lono zalety i wady danych specjalnych re z imow inwestycyjnych. Summary Th e article shows the timeliness of the problem of creating and organizing the operation of industrial parks as an instru- ment supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Showing the importance of parks in the modern economy, pre-conditions and the main stages of their formation in Ukraine.  Th e basic and competitive features of industrial parks, the conditions and bene fi ts associated with the investment of each project participant were determined. Possible  fi nancing conditions and directions of state support for indu- strial parks were analysed. Speci fi c examples of their creation in regions of Ukraine were considered, the advantages and disadvan- tages of special investment regimes were determined.
