Deformation of the Institution of Ownership in Ukraine and Problems of Creating an Efficient Owner in an Inefficient State
Анотація
The article analyzes changes in ownership relations in post-Soviet Ukraine in terms of their adequacy to the goals of Ukrainian society and development of the country's economic system. Recommendations are given for the further reform of ownership relations based on the idea of subordinating the separate components of the institution of ownership to the task of modernizing the country's economic base.
