FUZZY MULTI-CRITERIA MODEL FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SELECTION IN CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY
Анотація
The article examines the task of construction project selection. The existing methods of selecting construction projects are studied and a list of criteria that can influence the choice of a construction project is given. The experience has shown that the more reliable the methods of construction project evaluation are the greater the reliability of technological, organizational, managerial and economic solutions. A review of relevant literature shows that there is a limited number of studies to select projects in the construction industry. The article demonstrates a systematic procedure of preliminary evaluation based on fuzzy sets theory.
